Lander University

Kristie Weed (1988-91) was a two-time NAIA All-American and four-time all-Distrtic 6 player. A two-time District 6 Player of the Year, she set Lander career records for runs scored, doubles, total bases, at-bats, hits, triples, runs batted in, and sacrifice flies. She is one of three Lander softball players to have her number retired (No. 3). She holds the Lander single-seaosn records for hits (90) and total bases (145). Inducted in 2019.
