GREENWOOD – The Lander Athletic Department announced today an update to the single-game ticket price structure for several regular season Lander home sports moving forward. The new ticket price structure is designed to be affordable and convenient for Bearcat fans, while allowing the athletic department to generate additional revenue to directly support Lander student-athletes and Bearcat sports programs. Ticket prices for general admission seating will be $5 per person with kids ages 12 and under being admitted free. All ticket purchases must be made with cash. All-sports passes, which are a benefit exclusively to Bearcat Club members, will be valid to use for general admission seating at sports that charge admission.
These changes will impact sports in Finis Horne Arena (Volleyball, W/M Basketball, Wrestling, and Acro & Tumbling) and at the Jeff May Complex (Baseball, Softball, W/M Soccer, and W/M Lacrosse). There will be no charge for admission to regular season games for W/M Tennis and W/M Rugby. For questions regarding tickets contact Heather Pilgrim at 864-388-8316.
"At Lander, we pride ourselves on providing an affordable, entertaining, and family-friendly game day experience for the Greenwood community" said Brian Reese, Director of Athletics for Lander University. "With a variety of sports throughout the school year, Lander Athletics is the best ticket in town! When our opponents make the trip to Greenwood, we look forward welcoming them with a spirited and distinct home-field/court advantage."
