Athletics Communications
The Lander athletic communications office is responsible for all external content related to Lander Athletics. The staff serves as a liaison between Lander Athletics' administration, coaches and student-athletes and members of the local, state and national media.
In addition to those responsibilities, the strategic communications office maintains the university's official athletics website, Landerbearcats.com. The website contains all the latest news releases, statistics, videos, media guides and biographical information pertaining to Lander Athletics.

Stats/Coverage
The Lander athletic communications office will facilitate recording stats for all varsity events whose governing body requires the submitting of statistical reports (goals, assists, turnovers, ect). Events outside the sport's normal season, featuring non-varsity teams (JV/Dev and/or Club teams), not being played to official time/length regulations are not guaranteed to have statistical/participation assistance.
Interviews
All requests for interviews with coaches and student-athletes must be directed to the Athletic Communications personnel responsible for the sport. They will contact them and set up the interviews. The coaches and student-athletes have busy schedules, so the more in advance the request, the easier it will be to get it scheduled.
Post Game Interviews
Please let the Athletic Communications representative know who you would like to interview after the game, and they will set it up. There will be a 15-minute cooling-off period after the end of games.
