COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Senior defender
Victoria Hulst has been named to the 2025 National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Atlantic Region Second Team, the organization announced Monday.
Hulst becomes the first All-Region selection in program history, earning the honor in the NFHCA's inaugural year of sponsoring Division II All-Region teams. The recognition comes just weeks after Hulst was also named to the NFHCA Senior Team, another program first.
The Maarssen, Netherlands native anchored a Lander defensive unit that produced one of the best seasons in Division II. Hulst started all 17 games and guided a backline that posted a program-record seven straight shutouts and held opponents to 0.70 goals per game, the sixth-lowest mark nationally. She also contributed offensively with eight goals and two assists (18 points), ranking third on the team in scoring and tallying two game-winning goals.
A two-time First Team All-South Atlantic Conference selection, Hulst finished her Lander career with 73 starts, four defensive saves, and four seasons as a team captain.
