ST. SIMONS, Ga. - #10 Lander shot a first-round score of 299 and sits in fifth place in the Peach Belt Conference Championship.

The Bearcats are led by First Team All-Conference selection Maxime Legros, who shot a two-under 69 and is tied for second place, two shots out of first place. 

Linus Jonsson shot a 76 and is tied for 25th after round one. Hugo Lari and Gaston Edberg shot a 77 and are tied for 29th, while Jake Stoneham is tied for 37th after shooting a 79.  

Lander will tee off tomorrow morning in the second round of the Championship.
