DANIELS, W.V. – The 19th-ranked Lander men's golf team will make its longest trip of the season this week as the Bearcats participate in the NCAA Division II Preview.
• The two-day invitational will feature two 17 teams, including top-ranked Barry, 3rd-ranked Lynn, 12th-ranked Chico State, 15th-ranked St. Mary's and 20th-ranked Newberry.
• The event takes place at the par-71 Cobb Course at Glade Springs Resort and will begin with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. on Monday morning. Teams will play 36 holes on Monday and 18 on Tuesday.
• The Bearcats' team lineup will consist of Conor Cull, Charlie Farrell, Roberto Garagorri, Maxime Legros and Jon Parker. In addition, Michael Brodie will compete as an individual.
• Lander finished third at the Jay Jennison Cup last week, led by Jon Parker, who finished sixth.
