WINGATE, N.C. – The Lander women's basketball team faces its second ranked opponent on the road of this young season Tuesday night as the Bearcats travel to 21st-ranked Wingate for a 7:00 p.m. tip-off.

• Lander (2-1) defeated North Greenville 92-62 last Wednesday in its home opener.
