ORANGEBURG - The Lander men's golf team finished ninth overall Tuesday at the two-day, three-round Magnolia Invitational hosted by Newberry College at the par-71, 6,843-yard Orangeburg Country Club.

UNC Pembroke won the team title with a low 859 and was followed by: 2. USC Aiken 868, 3. Barton 871, 4. Newberry 888, 5. Coker 892, 6. West Georgia 896, 7. St. Andrews 905, 8. Clayton State 912, and 9. Lander 917.

Individually for Lander, Tanner Robb tied for 17th with 222 (74-74-74), Chad Siefert tied for 26th with 226 (73-71-82), Neal Todd finished 44th with 236 (76-77-83), Oliver Van Nairn finished 48th with 241 (81-81-79) and Tucker Nelson finished 50th with 244 (84-85-75).
