ORLANDO, Fla. - Davis Lee and Roberto Nasalli-Rocca both shot one-under-par 71s Sunday afternoon to lead the Lander men's golf team to first of 18 teams at the three-day Golfweek Spring Invitational.
Lee and Nasalli-Rocca are tied for second place, whle Bryan Newton is tied for 17th with a 74, Charlie Hoyle is tied for 25th with a 75 and Seb Brown is tied for 78th wth an 81.
Lander shot a 3-over-par 291 and is one shot in front of Lynn University. Queens is third at 295 and is followed by: 4. West Florida 297, 5. Chico State and Nova Southeastern 297, 7. Rollins and St. Edwards 299, 9. Grand Canyon 301, 10. Barton and Coker 306, 12. Indianapolis and Carson-Newman 307, 14. CSU-Monterey Bay 309, 15. Central Oklahoma 311, 16. Clayton State and Dixie State 314, and Washburn 315.
