Lander Softball PBC Tournament Opener Rescheduled for Saturday in Dahlonega

DAHLONEGA, Ga. – Due to inclement weather, the opening game of the Peach Belt Conference Softball Tournament between fifth-seeded Lander and fourth-seeded USC Aiken has been postponed to Saturday, the conference announced.

Originally scheduled for Thursday at 6:30 p.m., the Bearcats will now face the Pacers on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at Haines & Carolyn Hill Stadium in Dahlonega, Ga. The game will resume from its original spot in the tournament bracket.

The updated tournament schedule is as follows:

Saturday, May 3 – Revised PBC Tournament Schedule :

11:00 a.m. – North Georgia vs. USC Beaufort
1:30 p.m. – USC Aiken vs. Lander
4:00 p.m. – Georgia Southwestern vs. Flagler
6:30 p.m. – Winner of UNG/USCB vs. Winner of USCA/Lander
