AUGUSTA, Ga. – With the Peach Belt Conference Men's Lacrosse Tournament beginning tomorrow afternoon, the conference office released the 2025 All-Conference Teams and major award winners today.
Head Coach Tony Lepore earned the Coach of the Year award after guiding Lander to the PBC Regular Season Championship and a perfect conference record to earn the No. 1 seed in this week's tournament.
Carter Wilcox earned Co-Attackman of the Year honors with Montevallo's Matthew Boas, and was also named First Team All-PBC.
Jack Kinney was named Co-Defenseman of the Year alongside Flagler's Brandon Grusholt while earning First Team All-PBC plaudits.
Joining them as a First Team All-PBC member was
Breton Crewe as a face-off specialist.
Among the Bearcats on the Second Team All-PBC:
Zane Dalpe (attack),
Michael Mattaliano and
Jeremy Wudrick (midfield),
Jake Mintz (short-stick defensive midfielder) and
Josh Davies (long-stick defensive midfielder).
Inside the Stats:
Wilcox had 43 goals and 33 assists this season which set a new single-season Lander scoring record at 76 points. That point total was third in Division-II, and he also led the conference in assists and points and earned the PBC Offensive Player of the Week award on two occasions.
Kinney led the Bearcats with 23 caused turnovers this year and his 31 ground balls were the most among the defensemen.
Crewe won 58.9% of his face-offs in 2025 (126-214) and had the most ground balls (68) for the Blue and Gold.
Dalpe paced the Bearcats with 47 goals, which was second-most in the PBC, and his 25 assists placed him third in the conference. Additionally, those 72 points put him in the top-five nationally, and he was the PBC Offensive Player of the Week three times.
Mattaliano earned this week's Peach Belt Offensive Player of the Week award, and he was third among Bearcats in goals (25), assists (16) and points (41) during the regular season.
Wudrick was fourth for Lander in goals and points, with 20 and 31, respectively.
Mintz caused six turnovers and picked up 21 ground balls, and Davies had 13 caused turnovers and 15 ground balls.
The Bearcats will host No. 4 seed Alabama-Huntsville tomorrow afternoon at 3:00 in the semifinal round of the Peach Belt Tournament.
