GREENWOOD — Lander sent their men's lacrosse seniors out in style on Saturday, rolling over Shorter 28-5 in their final home game at Van Taylor Stadium.
The Bearcats outscored the Hawks 7-3 in the first quarter and 9-0 in the second to take a 16-3 lead into the break and continued to dominate in the second half. Nine different players scored multiple goals, and 16 players recorded at least one point in the game. Lander outshot Shorter 71-20 and caused 30 turnovers in the game.
