Box Score Savannah, Ga. - The Bearcats suffer their first loss of the season on Tuesday, falling to #1 Barry 2-4.

The Bearcats showed fight, gaining the No.1 Doubles victory from Markus Sorenson and Nick Beamish. The duo won 6-2, but the Doubles point went to Buccaneers. 

Matthew De Groot and Mouad Naoui earned the two Singles points for Lander. De Groot finished on top 7-5, 6-3 in No.3 Singles. Naoui defeated his opponent in No.6 Singles with a 6-4 first set, followed by a tiebreaker in the second set 7-6[3].

Lander will return back to the courts next Thursday, March 16th when they travel to USC Sumter for a 2 pm match.
