GREENWOOD - The Division 2 Conference Commissioners Association announced their Volleyball All-Region teams. Lander's Katie Miller and Patricia Pantoja were named to the First Team, and Lauren Dow was named Second Team.
Earlier this month, Miller earned her second-straight First Team All-Conference selection. She was named Player of the Week five times in 2023. Miller leads the conference in kills per set (4.30), points per set (4.74), total attacks (1,265), and total kills (504). She is second in attacks per set (10.81), sixth in hitting percentage (.262), and seventh in total digs (348). Her 504 kills this season are the most in program history, and she is the only player to reach the 500 mark.
Patricia is the two-time Peach Belt Libero/Defensive Specialist of the Year. She currently leads the Peach Belt in total digs (624), is third in digs per set (5.29), and was named Specialist of the Week on September 18th. Her 624 digs this season are the sixth most in program history.
Lauren was named the PBC Freshman and Setter of the Year and First Team All-Conference earlier this month. Dow currently leads the PBC in assists per set (9.87), service aces (52), and total assists (1,165). She is second in aces per set (0.44) and fifth in total digs (374). Her 1,165 assists are currently the sixth-best season total in program history.
