MARTINEZ, Ga. – The Peach Belt Conference office announced the All-Conference teams on Thursday, with Connor Droze and Vincent DeRubeis both earning awards.

Droze was named the PBC Freshman of The Year. He becomes the first Bearcat since 2014 when Brandon White earned the award and just the second Bearcat in the PBC's history to be named FoTY. Droze finished the season with a batting average of .350, a slugging percentage of .708 and an on-base percentage of .440. Droze set the program's single season record for slugging percentage while also coming away with 42 hits, 11 doubles, one triple, 10 home runs and 38 RBI. He finished the regular season second on the team in doubles while leading the way in home runs and RBI. Droze was also named to the All-PBC second team as a DH.

DeRubeis was named to the All-PBC first team as a utility player and All-PBC second team as an outfielder. DeRubeis finished the season hitting .331 and was second only to Droze in OPS with a 1.026. DeRubeis recorded 41 hits while adding six doubles and seven home runs and 33 RBI. He was fourth on the Bearcats in RBI this season and had an on-base percentage of .478.
