MARTINEZ, Ga. - The Peach Belt Conference office announced Thursday morning that Lander's Jake Stoneham has been named Golfer of the Week.   

Making his first tournament appearance on the team this season, Jake opened up with back-to-back even par 70's in the first two rounds of the Bobcat Invitational.  On Tuesday he shot a one-under 69 to finish the tournament with a three-round score of 209 and finished in third place.  He helped the Bearcats to a second place finish in the tournament that featured 15 teams ranked in the top-25 in Division II.
