Palm Harbor, Fla. - The Bearcats moved up one spot to finish in 10th at the Copperhead Championship. Lander shot a team score of 888 (300+299+289) for the event. 

#2 Lee scored 853 to win the event, while the host school #3 West Florida finished two shots back to take home second place. The University of Tampa rounded out the top-three with an 862-scoring performance. 

Victor Larsson led the Bearcats shooting five-over-par to tie for 20th scoring 218. Larsson had eight birdies and an eagle at this tournament. Linus Jonsson tied for 22nd and was only one shot behind Larsson at six-over-par. Edward Rahm was close by, scoring 223 to tie for 43rd after shooting 10-over-par. 

Jake Stoneham earned the 58th spot shooting 16-over-par. Drew Mackinnon competed as an individual and shot 19-over-par to finish tied for 61st. Gaston Edberg finished in 65th with a 22-over-par outing. 

Men's golf return to the course next week as they travel to Toccoa, Ga. to compete in the Currahee Collegiate Invitational hosted by Erskine on Oct. 24-25. Next week's tournament will be the last one of the Fall.
