Box Score GREENWOOD, S.C. - Lander came out and dominated Georgia College 3-0 Friday night, avenging a 3-1 loss to the Bobcats earlier in the season.  Lander out hit the Bobcats .305-.079 in the match and had 50 kills compared to 27 by the Bobcats. The Bearcats have now won three out of their last four matches as they head down the final stretch of the regular season.  Sophomore Christina Aguayo also recorded her 500th career kill in the second set of tonight's match.

SET 1 I 25-20	Georgia College took an early 5-2 lead over Lander, but the Bearcats scored three-straight points to tie the match.  The teams battled back and forth before the Bearcats took a 13-9 lead, forcing the Bobcats to take a timeout.  Georgia College fought back to make it a one-point game at 14-13.  The Bearcats would go on a 6-1 run to take a 20-14 lead and hold on to take the victory.  Lander outhit the Bobcats .250-.140 and had a 20-10 advantage in kills.
SET 2 I 25-10	Lander carried the momentum from the first set into the second. Trailing 5-4, the Bearcats went on a 7-1 run to take an 11-6 lead and force a timeout.  After the timeout, Lander continued to dominate Georgia College, and the Bobcats had to call their second timeout down 18-9.  The timeout did not slow the Bearcats down as Lander took the 25-10 win.  The Bearcats hit  .292 while holding Georgia College to just .026
SET 3 I 25-13	Trailing 13-10, Lander would outscore Young Harris 7-2 to take a 17-15 lead.  After the Mountain Lions cut the lead to one, the Bearcats finished the set on an 8-3 run to take the victory.   Lander continued to outhit the Mountain Lions .195-.044. The two teams traded points early in the third set, but with the score tied at six, Lander would outscore Georgia College 10-4 to take a 16-10 lead. From that point, Lander would cruise to the 25-13 win to take the victory.   The Bearcats finished the set with a .419 hitting percentage and held the Bobcats to .063.
