2024 (Graduate Student): named PBC Second Team All-Conference and the PBC Team of Academic Distinction...appeared in 24 matches, making 17 starts...totaled 142 kills and 173.5 points...added 61 digs and 59 total blocks...posted season highs in kills (17) and points (19) against Georgia College (11/08).

2023 (Senior): appeared in 113 sets...tallied 351 kills (3.11 K/S) with a .297 hitting percentage...recorded 72 digs, 52 blocks, and 382.0 points (3.38 PTS/S)...named to the Peach Belt Conference All-Conference Second-Team and named PBC Player of the Week twice...recorded a season high 19 kills and 19.5 points against Gerogia College and a season high five total blocks against USC Aiken. 

2022 (Junior): appeared in 36 sets...tallied 87 kills (2.42 K/S) with 99.0 points (2.75 PTS/S)...recorded 29 digs and 22 blocks...set a season high 15 kills and 16 points in a match against Augusta. 

2021 (Sophomore): appeared in 56 sets...fourth on the team in kills with 138, third on the team in kills per set with 2.46, recorded 20 digs and 29 blocks... set a career-high 18 kills against Young Harris (Nov. 2) and six double-digit kill games.  

2020 (Freshman): appeared in 29 sets... tallied 38 kills, 15 total blocks, and 10 digs... posted 10 kills and three digs in 3-0 loss to Augusta (Mar. 20)... recorded career-high 11 kills and added three total blocks in 3-2 win over UNC Pembroke (Apr. 16).

High School: A graduate of Pickens High School in Pickens, S.C., Dow was a four-year member of the volleyball team. As a senior, she was a team captain and was named All_region, All-State, and a member of the 4A/5A All-Star Team. Her team won four region championships and finished State runners up three times. She was a member of the Beta Club, National Technical Honors Society, HOSA, and DECA.
