CLEVELAND, Tenn. – The Lander women's rugby team capped its fall campaign with a 40-27 road win over Lee on Sunday afternoon.

The Bearcats outslugged the Flames in one of the season's highest-scoring matches. After notching just 27 points in the first two matches of the year, Lander scored an astonishing 125 in its last two contests. The victory also gave the Bearcats their first true road win of the year.
