Bearcats Dominate UCF at Home with 45-12 Victory

GREENWOOD - Lander women's rugby defended its home pitch at New Res with a commanding 45-12 win over the University of Central Florida this Saturday, Oct. 4. From kickoff to the final whistle, the Bearcats brought relentless energy, effort and grit, showing strong discipline, heart and seamless teamwork throughout the match.

Head coach Makayla Lowe-Richesin was thrilled with the team's performance.

"I'm incredibly proud of the team. Every player came out with intensity and a clear sense of purpose, showing how much passion they have for wearing the Lander kit. We stuck to our systems, executed well and truly proved our excellence today. I couldn't be more proud."
