ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – The No. 16-ranked Lander men's golf team will look to capture its first conference title this weekend when it begins play at the Peach Belt Conference Men's Golf Championship at the Slammer & Squire Course in St. Augustine, Fla.

STORYLINES:
• The Bearcats will tee off at 12:00 p.m. on Friday and will be grouped with No. 9 USC Aiken and No. 10 Columbus State.
• Lander's lineup will consist of senior James Bartlett, juniors Garrett Atkinson and Michael Brodie, and sophomores Jon Parker and Conor Richards.
• Richards owns the lowest stroke average in the conference at 71.3.
• The Bearcats placed second at last year's PBC Championship, the best finish in program history.
• Lander has four top-five finishes on the season.
• The Bearcats produced the event's medalist in 2016 when Michal Pospisil claimed the title.
