POOLER, Ga. – The No. 15-ranked Lander men's golf team finished fifth Tuesday in the two-day, three-round Pirate Spring Invitational, hosted by Armstrong State University, at the par-72, Savannah Quarters Country Club.

Nova Southeastern won the team title with a low 873, and was followed by: 2. Young Harris 897, 3. North Alabama 898, 4. Flagler 906, 5. Lander 909, 6. Valdosta State 913, T-7. Armstrong State, Georgia College and Clayton State 916, 10. West Georgia 917, 11. North Georgia 925, and 12. Albany State 934.

Individually for Lander, Conor Richards (76-67-78) tied for 7th with 221, Michael Brodie (75-81-73) and Michal Pospisil (77-77-75) tied for 21st with 229, Jon Parker (79-76-79) tied for 43rd with 234, and Jordan Ainley (85-86-75) finished 64th at 246.
