AMERICUS, Ga. – The fourth-ranked Lander men's tennis team recorded a shut out on Saturday afternoon when the Bearcats defeated Georgia Southwestern, 9-0, in a Peach Belt Conference match at the Susan K. Smith Tennis Complex.
Lander improves to 3-2 overall and 2-0 in the PBC, while the Hurricanes drop to 3-4, 0-2. The Bearcats have shut out Georgia Southwestern in four consecutive seasons.
