FLORENCE, S.C. - The nationally No. 5-ranked and second-seeded Lander men's tennis team fell to No. 10 and third-seeded Columbus State, 5-4, Saturday night, in the semifinal round of the rain-delayed Peach Belt Conference Tournament hosted by Francis Marion at the Dr. Eddie Floyd Florence Tennis Center.
Lander, which moves to 17-4 overall, will face No. 13 and fourth-seeded Georgia College at 1 p.m., Sunday, in the third place match.
Earlier in the day, Lander downed No. 14 and seventh-seeded Flagler, 5-1, in a quarterfinal match.

Willy Hasselberg/Lennart Luneborg (F) 8-4; and No. 3 Ozan Cildir/Charles Baron (L) def. Hermann Gertmann/Daniel Arrien (F) 8-5.
