TIGERVILLE - The No. 7-ranked Lander men's tennis team captured its eighth shutout of the season Thursday afternoon when the Bearcats defeated North Greenville University, 9-0, in a non-conference match at the Greer Tennis Center.
Lander improves to 14-3 overall, while North Greenville drops to 8-8.

Sjors van Eck (NG) 6-3, 6-0; No. 4 Ristomatti Lanne (L) def. Sergio Araujo Filho (NG) 6-1, 6-0; No. 5 Diego Zegarra (L) def. Andres Camacho (NG) 6-0, 6-1; and No. 6 Oscar Axelsson (L) def. Jonathan Stanga (NG) 6-0, 6-3.
