GREENWOOD – Lander's Ty'hesha Reynolds scored a game-high 19 points Monday afternoon in the Lady Bearcats' 71-55 Peach Belt Conference loss to Young Harris College in Horne Arena.

YHC improves to 11-4 overall and 6-2 in the PBC, while Lander moves to 8-9, 3-5.

Reynolds connected on 7-of-12 field goals, including 5-of-9 threes, and grabbed seven rebounds. Kayla West added nine points, Portia McCray eight points, and Alyssia Watkins nine rebounds.

Ladondra Johnson posted a double-double for Young Harris with 12 points and 11 rebounds, while Peyton Robertson added 13 points and seven rebounds, and Keta Robinette 12 points.

Lander connected on 20-of-52 field goals (38.5 percent), 7-of-26 threes (26.9 percent) and 8-of-14 free throws (57.1 percent).

Young Harris, which led 37-34 at halftime, was 30-of-59 from the field (50.8 percent), 6-of-13 from the three-point line (46.2 percent) and 5-of-8 from the foul line (62.5 percent).

YHC outrebounded Lander, 40-29.
