PINE MOUNTAIN, Ga. – The Lander men's golf team finished eighth of 11 teams Sunday in the two-day, three-round Peach Belt Conference Tournament which was hosted by Columbus State University at the par-72, 7,057-yard Callaway Garden's Mountain View Course.
USC Aiken won the team title with a low 873 (300-282-291) and was followed by: 2. Columbus State 875, 3. Armstrong Atlantic 886, 4. Georgia Southwestern 888, 5. Clayton State 890, 6. Georgia College 897, 7. Montevallo 902, 8. Lander 903, 10. Flagler 930, and 11. UNC Pembroke 945
Individually for Lander Robert Prior (71-73-76) tied for ninth overall with 220; Jordan McColl (71-74-77) tied for 17th with 222; Greg McCullough (81-75-73) tied for 32nd at 229; Tucker Nelson (80-80-76) tied for 44th with 236; Oliver Van Nairn (80-77-82) finished 47th with 239.
