HIAWASSEE, Ga. - The No. 16-ranked Lander men's tennis team earned its sixth straight victory and its fourth shutout of the season Tuesday when the Bearcats defeated Young Harris College, 9-0, in a non-conference match.
Lander is 6-1 overall.

Jamie Childree (YH), 6-2, 6-2.
In doubles, No. 1 Clark/Pierre Frances (LU) def. Gotenbos/Schraepen (YH), 8-4; No. 2 Arrigoni/Desmars (LU) def. Childree/Dixon (YH), 9-8; and No. 3 Marques/Gary Bertoldo (LU) def. Johnson/Midkiff (YH), 8-0.
