FRISCO, Texas – The Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) announced today its 2025-26 All-American Scholar Teams for all NCAA Divisions.
Isabel Ewers,
Kajsa Lindqvist,
Lara Stifter and
Josefine Winkle represented Lander.
Ewers, a rising senior, earned her second consecutive All-American Scholar nod as she is carrying a 3.97 GPA in Business Administration. Ewers was also named
the WGCA Division II Kim Moore Spirit Award winner last month.
Lindqvist graduated this May with a 3.71 GPA in Business Administration and collected her third All-American Scholar honor.
Stifter, a rising senior, earned commendation thanks to a 3.77 GPA in Biology – the first time in her career she has been selected for this award.
And Winkle, another of the rising seniors, has won this award three years running with a 3.87 GPA in Psychology.
WGCA All-American Scholar Criteria:
The criteria for selection to the All-American Scholar Team are some of the most stringent in all of college athletics and continue to demonstrate the high-level academic achievements of our players. To be selected, a student-athlete must:
• Have an overall cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher.
• Be an amateur and on the team's roster through the conclusion of the team's season.
• Have played in 50% of the college's regularly scheduled competitive rounds during the year nominated through the team's conference championship.
