Lander Tabbed No. 5 Seed in Conference Carolinas Acrobatics & Tumbling Championship

GREENVILLE, S.C. - The 2025 Conference Carolinas Acrobatics & Tumbling Championship bracket has been revealed, with Lander University earning the No. 5 seed. The Bearcats will open postseason competition on Tuesday, April 1, in a quarterfinal matchup against No. 4 Belmont Abbey College in Belmont, N.C., at 6:00 p.m.

Lander enters the tournament ranked 15th in the National Collegiate Acrobatics and Tumbling Association (NCATA) poll after finishing the regular season with a 5-3 overall record, all in conference play. Belmont Abbey, which earned the No. 4 seed, posted a 6-3 overall record and went 5-3 in league competition.

The winner of the Lander-Belmont Abbey quarterfinal will advance to face top-seeded Limestone University in the semifinals on Saturday, April 5, at 12:00 p.m. at King University in Bristol, Tennessee. Limestone, the three-time defending champion, enters the tournament ranked eighth in the NCATA poll with a 10-1 overall record and an undefeated 8-0 mark in conference play.

The championship will culminate on Sunday, April 6, with the Conference Carolinas Event Finals at 11:00 a.m., followed by the championship meet at 5:00 p.m. Fans can watch the semifinals, event finals, and final round live via the Conference Carolinas Digital Network.
