AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Lander men's basketball team earned the No. 5 seed in the 2025 Peach Belt Conference Tournament and will travel to fourth-seeded USC Beaufort for a quarterfinal round game this Wednesday (March 5) at 7:30 p.m.

The Bearcats finished the regular season in a three-way tie for fifth with Flagler and North Georgia – all had 9-9 records in PBC play – but earned the higher seed via tiebreaking procedures. In the event Lander advances to the semifinal round, it will be hosted by the highest remaining seed on March 8, with the final on March 9.
