BLUFFTON, S.C. – The Lander men's basketball team fell 86-66 on Wednesday night in Peach Belt Conference action against USC Beaufort.
The Bearcats (12-8, 6-4 PBC) were paced by
Torrin Andrews' 20 points and three assists in 31 minutes. Andrews made 8 of 11 shots and hit 4 of 5 from 3-point land while grabbing four rebounds.
Noah Dunn, who surpassed the 2,000-point mark in his collegiate career last time out, had 15 points on 4-of-7 shooting with a pair of treys, in addition to five boards.

Lander grabbed an early double-digit lead when Dunn nailed one from downtown to make it 20-10 with 12 minutes left in the first half.
Andrews' layup with 10:30 left made it 22-10 but USCB (15-5, 7-3 PBC) tied the game at 25 just over three minutes later. The Sand Sharks led 36-30 at the half.
Andrews made it a one-possession game at the beginning of the second half with a triple off a feed from
