Greenwood, S.C. - Lander hosted their last home meet of the season, defeating Emmanuel and falling to Limestone on Senior Day. Acrobatics and tumbling's final score was 247.980. 

The Bearcats started the night with a 32.90 in the Compulsory Event. The highest score in that event came during the pyramid heat, with Lander scoring 9.75 out of 10. Next up, Lander scored 28.00 in the Acro Event, only 0.05 of Limestone's event score.  

During the Pyramid Event, acrobatics & tumbling came away with a 28.90, scoring nothing less than a 9.55 in the event. The Bearcats went into the half trailing Limestone 89.80-94.45, and topping Emmaneul's score of 82.65. 

When Lander returned from halftime, they opened with a 9.40 in the first heat and ultimately tied Limestone's event score with 26.55. During Tumbling, the Bearcats earned 46.500, keeping them in second place, ahead of Emmanuel and behind Limestone. 

Heading into the final event, Limestone led all teams at 152.375, followed by Lander at 173.525, and Emmanuel, 162.850. During the Team Event, the Bearcats scored 85.13 to wrap up the night. Five seniors were honored before the final scores were announced.  

The Bearcats next meet is at #10 Belmont Abbey next Friday, March 31st at 6 pm.
