Box Score Greenwood, S.C. - The Bearcats took care of business at home, defeating the Patriots 4-2 on Thursday.

Lander started off the afternoon strong with dominating wins in Doubles. Mille Elsborg and Emily Ineson were victorious 6-2 in Doubles No.1, while Chiara Gerbino and Sina Albersmeier only allowed one set point, scoring six of their own.

Elsborg and Maranda Adair would pick up the next two points. Elsborg represented Singles No. 2, winning 6-2, 6-1. Adair was pushed to three sets, but came out on top 6-3, 5-7, 6-1. Hannah Panchal's performance in Singles No. 6 wrapped up the winning point, triumphing 6-2, 7-5.

The Bearcats have a quick turnaround, as they visit Augusta on Friday for their first Peach Belt match of the season, beginning at 1 pm.
