GREENWOOD - After going 6-0 in the regular season, the Lander University Esports team defeated Cleveland State University in the NECC Mideast Emergents Overwatch Tournament finals to win the Championship. In the best-of-seven series, the Bearcats won 4-2-1 after beating Lebanon Valley 3-1 in the quarterfinals and Centre College 3-1 in the semifinals.
