STORYLINES

• The Bearcats are coming off a tough 72-67 loss to USC Aiken last Saturday.
• Jared Sherfield led the Bearcats with 13 points. He also had six rebounds, four assists and three steals.
• Sebastian Augustave , Nigel Colvin and Zane Rankin joined Sherfield in double-figure scoring.
• Since beating Clayton State on January 24, Lander has lost its last four games and is 3-7 in its last 10.
• The Bearcats continue to be one of the best 3-point shooting teams in the conference, making 9.5 3's per game. Young Harris makes 10.4 per game while Georgia College is second with 10.3 per game.
• Lander ranks 32nd in the country in 3-points FG made per game
• The Bearcats are also 69th in the country in total assists with 308.
• Colvin and Deandre Robinson both rank in the top-25 among PBC scorers this season. Colvin is scoring 11.3 points per game to lead Lander while Robinson is close behind with 11.1.
• Sherfield is in the top-15 in the PBC for rebounds per game. He averages a team-high 6.0 rebounds per game.
• Colvin and Robinson are both In the top-five for made 3-pointers per game. Robinson is third with 2.7 made per game while Colvin is fifth with 2.2.
• Augusta is 19-3 and 9-3 in PBC action.
• Its second conference loss came to Lander at Horne Arena with the Jaguars ranked no. 12 in the country in the coaches' poll at the time.
• Five Bearcats finished in double figures for scoring. LaRaymond Spivery had a career night, with a career-high 19 points. He went 5-of-7 from the field and 8-of-10 from the free-throw line. He also had seven rebounds and three assists.
• Lander shot 50 percent (30-of-60) from the field against the Jaguars that night.
• Augusta has also lost to Columbus State and Flagler this season.
• Since losing to the Saints on January 22, Augusta has won its last five games, with a win at Georgia Southwestern on February 7.
• Defeating the Hurricanes 80-67, Miguel Arnold led the Jaguars with 23 points. He was also tied for the team lead in rebounds with six.
• Augusta leads the PBC in points per game with 82.8 while allowing a conference low 64.0 points per game this season.
• Tyshaun Crawford leads the Jaguars in scoring with 15.5 points per game. Arnold is second with 13.6. Along with Crawford and Arnold, three other Jaguars are in double figures for scoring this season.
• Crawford also acts as the Jaguars' leader in rebounds per game (7.7) and blocks per game (2.4). Tyree Myers is the leader in assists per game with 4.3.
• Lander hosts North Georgia next on February 12 for a 3:30 pm start.
