Melissa Clapsaddle put the Bearcats on the board a minute and a half into the game on an assist from Alyssa Suchan, and less than 30 seconds later, Emmy Perterson scored to make it 2-0. Clapsaddle and Suchan added goals before the Railsplitters finally got on the board. After a goal by Lanie Graves with 4:35 remaining in the period, Peterson scored her second goal of the period to make it 7-1. |
2nd Quarter |
Graves would add two more goals in the second and Mickey Burnett joined the scoring with two goals, while Amelia McCauley and Peterson each scored a goal to give Lander a 13-3 lead heading into halftime. |
3rd Quarter |
Graves sand McCauley each cored a man-up goal and Kasey Bronco scored her first goal as the Bearcats held a 16-5 lead after 45 minutes. |
4th Quarter |
Madelyn Thompkins scored two goals in the fourth and Suchan scored her second goal of the day to finish the scoreing for Lander. |
