STORYLINES

• The Bearcats lost their second straight five-set match last Wednesday, falling to USC-Aiken.
• After splitting the first two sets, Lander took the third set 25-23 to take a 2-1 lead. The Pacers rallied to win the final two sets to take the win.  
• Christina Aguayo had her second straight double-double to lead the Bearcats, recording 17 kills and 16 digs. Madilyn Reed had 43 assists, while Patricia Pantoja had 20 digs.
• Lander is currently second in the PBC in Team Assists (490) and Assists per set (11.55). 
• Aguayo leads the PBC and is 12th in Division II in Attacks per set. She is also second in the conference in total kills and total attacks.  
• Last time out, Mountain Lions opened up conference play with a 3-0 loss to Flagler on Friday night.  
• Lander defeated Young Harris twice last season in the first two meetings between the programs.
