MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – The Lander volleyball team fell 3-0 at Georgia College in a PBC match on Friday night.

Lander was led by 12 kills from Deona Mims, 10 kills from Christina Aguayo, and 26 assists and 14 digs from Madilyn Reed. Maddie Reed tallied 24 digs, while Maddie Moss added 14 of her own. The Bobcats controlled the net, finishing the night with 10.0 blocks.

Down 2-0 in the match and trailing 24-23 in the third set, the Bearcats forced a pair of Georgia College attack errors to take a 25-24 lead. However, the Bobcats rallied to take the ensuing three points and end the night. 

Lander is back in action tomorrow as the Bearcats visit Flagler at 3:00 p.m.
