STORYLINES

• Last Saturday, Lander defeated Georgia College 2-1 for their third win in a row and remained tied for second place in the PBC. 
• With a win Saturday, Lander would secure the second seed and host a quarterfinal match in the Peach Belt Championship beginning next Saturday.  
• Down 1-0, Emma Sexton took a cross from Mary Moosbruger in the 76th minute to tie the game. Five minutes after a shot hit the crossbar, Romie Llewellyn grabbed the rebound and found the net to give the Bearcats the lead.   
• Maren White leads the Peach Belt in game-winning goals (4) and fourth in total goals. 
• Sarah Owen is fourth in the conference in goals-against average (1.18), and Sexton is fifth in game-winning goals (2).  
• The Bearcats are currently third in the conference in total points (78), points per game (5.57), scoring average (2.00), shutout percentage (.429), total assists (22), and total goals (28).
• The Bearcats have won five out of their last six against the Pacers and are 5-3-3 at Aiken.  
• On Wednesday, USC-Aiken lost a non-conference match to Newberry 2-0.
