• Lander (1-0) is coming off a 13-12 overtime win against Newberry. 

• Southern Wesleyan is coming off a 5-12 campaign.  

• The Bearcats swept the Gulf South Conference weekly awards with Mary Claire Robinson winning Player of the Week, Jade Pardee earning Defensive Player of the Week, and Alyssa Suchan being named Freshman of the Week.
