GREENWOOD – The No. 6-ranked Lander men's tennis team faces its second nationally-ranked opponent of the season on Saturday as the Bearcats face No. 21 Queens at 1:00 p.m. at the Joe Cabri Tennis Center.

STORYLINES

• Lander (5-0) has shut out its last two opponents, beating Emmanuel 7-0 and Barton 4-0.  

• The Bearcats are aiming for their first 6-0 start since 2013.

• Since 2011, Lander is 74-9 at home.

• Queens (2-0) is facing its third PBC opponent of the season after beating No. 24 North Georgia 5-2 and Georgia College 7-0.

• Lander knocked off No. 19 Valdosta State 4-3 in its season opener. 

• The Bearcats are a combined 10-0 at the No. 2 and No. 3 doubles slots.
