GREENWOOD – The Lander women's tennis team ended its home campaign on Saturday with a 5-2 loss to Francis Marion on Senior Day at the Joe Cabri Tennis Center. 

Lander (7-13, 1-6 PBC) earned a pair of points at the top of the singles lineup, courtesy of Eduarda Ferreira's 6-4, 7-6 win at No. 1 and a 6-3, 3-6, 6-4 victory on court two from Isabella Schulz. The victory for Ferreira marked her 15th singles win of the year. 

The Bearcats visit Newberry on Wednesday afternoon for their final non-conference match of the regular season.
