GREENWOOD – The Lander women's tennis team was shut out at home on Sunday as the Bearcats fell to Flagler, 9-0, at the Joe Cabri Tennis Center.
Lander (4-7, 1-5 PBC) forced a pair of third-set tiebreakers in singles play, but could not manage a point against the Saints (6-6, 4-0 PBC) who remained in a tie with Columbus State and North Georgia for first place in the conference.
The Bearcats will look to put an end to their four-match losing streak on Friday at USC Aiken.
