TIGERVILLE - The Lander women's tennis team recorded its third shutout of the season Wednesday afternoon after defeating North Greenville, 9-0, in a non-conference match at the Vance Tennis Complex.

Lander improves to 7-9, while North Greenville drops to 7-9.

In singles, No. 1 Ivanka Mocic (L) def. Camille Duhan (NGU) 7-6 (7-3), 6-4, 3-6, 6-6, 6-4; No. 2 Yuriko Ono (L) def. Christina Kiessling (NGU) 6-1, 6-3; No. 3 Caroline Yodice (L) def. Maria Vargas (NGU) 6-0, 6-1; No. 4 Anni Poikola (L) def. Kylie Sandusky (NGU) 6-3, 5-7, 10-3; No. 5 Renata Mello (L) def. Fernanda de Lucca (NGU) 6-2, 6-3; and No. 6 Lauren French (L) def. Graysen Elms (NGU) 6-2, 6-4.

In doubles, No. 1 Yuriko Ono/Anni Poikola (L) def. Camille Duhan/Christina Kiessling (NGU) 8-1; No. 2 Renata Mello/Maggie Elliott (L) def. Kylie Sandusky/Fernanda de Lucca (NGU) 8-5; and No. 3 Ivanka Mocic/Lauren French (L) def. Kelley Chapman/Graysen Elms (NGU) 8-2.
