GREENWOOD - The Lander men's tennis team, which is ranked No. 5 in NCAA Division II, recorded its third shutout of the season Friday when the Bearcats defeated No. 43 Mount Olive, 9-0, in a non-conference match at The Joe Cabri Tennis Center.
Lander improves to 7-1 overall, while Mount Olive moves to 5-2.

Martin Moser (MO) 4-6, 6-1, 10-4; No. 4 Ozan Cildir (L) def. Martim Sousa (MO) 7-6, 6-1; No. 5 Alexander Regner (L) def. Yannic Stark (MO) 6-4, 6-2; and No. 6 Alexandre Springer (L) def. Sherzod Akramov (MO) 6-1, 6-2.
