AMERICUS, Ga. - The No. 33-ranked Lander women's tennis team won its Peach Belt Conference opening match Sunday when it defeated Georgia Southwestern, 8-1, at the Susan K. Smith Tennis Complex.
Lander moves to 2-0 overall and 1-0 in the PBC, while the Hurricanes drop to 2-5, 0-3.
