GREENWOOD - USC Aiken's Ashley Diedrich posted a double-double Wednesday night to lead the USC Aiken volleyball team to a 3-0 Peach Belt Conference victory over Lander in Horne Arena. Game score were: 25-18, 25-16, 25-21.

The league-leading Pacers improve to 24-3 overall and 12-3 in the PBC, while Lander moves to 22-10, 10-6.

Lander's Julia Ferreira-Alves led the Bearcats with 10 kills and eight digs, while Ali Kirk added 12 assists and nine digs, Sophia Perkins 11 digs, Kendall Korte 14 digs, and Mallory Taylor 14 digs. Reyonia Whipple led the team in blocks with two solos and four assists.

Diedrich had 15 kills and 13 digs for the Pacers, while Julia Forster added 10 kills, Emily Teelon 39 assists, and Katie Toman 21 digs.

The Bearcats will be off until Nov. 13-14 when they close out the regular season with PBC games at Armstrong State and Flagler.
