MILLEGEVILLE, Ga. – The Lander volleyball team capped off its Peach Belt Conference weekend Saturday with a 3-0 victory over Georgia College at the Centennial Center. Game scores were: 25-22, 25-17, 25-10.

Lander improves to 18-6 overall and 6-6 in the PBC, while Georgia College drops to 7-16, 2-12.

Sydney Tracy recorded 15 kills for the Bearcats, while Kendall Korte had 14 kills and 13 assists, Jessica Register 41 assists and 11 digs, Julia Ferreira-Alves 23 digs and Sarah Bradley 12 digs.

Georgia College was led by Bailey Freeman (11 kills), Mollie Michel (29 assists, 11 digs) and Maggie Roper (14 digs).

Lander next travels to Francis Marion for a PBC match on Tuesday, Oct. 28.
